Messages and meetings
When you use the form, we process your name, email, subject, and message to respond to your request. Resend processes delivery to our mailbox. Cloudflare Turnstile and security controls help prevent abuse. We do not send your message contents to Google Analytics. Opening the calendar or contacting us through WhatsApp or email also involves the respective provider’s practices.
Optional analytics
Only after you select Allow analytics do we load Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources, and actions such as requesting a PDF or submitting the form. Google receives technical connection information and uses cookie identifiers to produce statistics. We do not enable Google Signals or ad personalization. Event and user data initially use the default two-month retention; aggregated reports may be retained longer.
Your choice
You can decline analytics without losing functionality. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent removes website Analytics cookies and stops loading the tag; it does not automatically erase previously collected data. We store your preference locally to remember it.
Storage and providers
The website uses Vercel for hosting and stores your language preference. Providers may process information outside Puerto Rico. We retain messages to handle inquiries and maintain professional correspondence; you may request deletion, subject to applicable retention obligations.
